Challenge
This project needed a silent overhaul. The visual identity had to remain the same, but everything underneath had to be rebuilt. No PSD, no templates, no insight into the backend structure. Just a live site and a clear expectation: keep it familiar, make it better.
Approach
I carefully rebuilt the site in Bootstrap, making it fully responsive on all devices. Without a design file, I worked directly from the original interface. Behind the scenes, I developed custom PHP components tailored to the project's unique logic. Every element was refined for speed, clarity, and long-term stability.
Result
What visitors see is clean and familiar. What drives it is smarter, faster, and fully adapted to modern standards. A rebuild that respects the original while quietly improving everything underneath.
